SMCSchool Management Committee
School Management Committee have been made mandatory for schools under RTE Act,2009. The basic idea behind the SMC is to increase the participation of community stakeholders in the functioning of the school. As per the act ,the SMC works towards enhancing parents community participation in school functioning and provide for more effective management at school level. It has tremendous potential to transform the existing system and motivate the teachers as well as parents. Our SMC has total 16 members. The SMC actively participate in making of School development Plan and further in supervising and supporting the School Development Plan. It also help in supervision of finance management , academic progress ,prize distribution functions etc. The in-charge of SMC organizes meetings time to time and regular training of SMC members is also conducted regularly.
